Cuba has been enticing visitors to its shores since Christopher Columbus discovered it in 1492. It is said he was the first to declare Cuba as the most gorgeous island in the world. It is a country known more for its cigar & its leader, than as a holiday location. Every year more & more tourists from North America & Europe are coming to Cuba, enthralled by its natural beauty and its passionate and welcoming people.
Similar to lots of the Caribbean islands, Cuba’s most important source of tourism is the beach industry. The country is blessed with hundreds of miles of sprawling sandy beaches, with fine white sand and clear blue water. Tourists visiting Cuba have a large number of choices for the location of their beach holiday. The major resorts such as Varadero & Cayo Largo are the most renowned & here you’ll find lots of 5 star all inclusive resorts. Despite this, there’s also a lot of smaller, quieter beach resorts where you can truly get away from big city life.
Cuba is the largest of the Caribbean islands & is inhabited by people with a diverse race of Caribbean Indian, African & German heritage. it’s a contrasting topography ranging from gorgeous & mesmerizing beaches to sprawling and craggy mountain ranges. Limestone Mountains loom over the fields of tobacco, utilized for their famed cigars, providing a stunning scenic view. The natural beauty of Cuba & its history has formed the country to what it is today. This is seven Caribbean island that has been left untouched by technology & modern day living.
Latin rhythm, delicious cuisine, stunning beaches and a multi-racial society intertwine the complex texture of Cuba . The biggest Caribbean island welcomes travelers who would like to feel Cuba’s only one of its kind lifestyle and culture. Visitors should experience relaxed around the locals and can talk about most topics although politics is usually something avoided. Due to the tropical climate , clothes is casual, but women should avoid wearing revealing objects that show much of flesh except if you’re at the beach .

Santiago de Cuba is the second largest city in Cuba & is located on the eastern end of the island. it’s a gorgeous location at the foot of the Sierra Maestra Mountains & overlooks a magnificent bay. Unlike the other towns & cities in Cuba, Santiago de Cuba has a Caribbean feel to it. This is as a outcome of the influence of the Haitian planters who settled here in the 19th century.
Trinidad, to be found in the heart of Cuba is seven of the original towns & was founded in 1514. The city is packed with cobbled streets & old buildings with tiled. it is a pleasant city to spend a day or two, with lots of museums, churches & Plazas.
The ideal way to use up your holiday in Cuba is to take a few days to do some sightseeing in Havana and other cities. This should be including a relaxing week’s stay in the deluxe resorts by the beach.

Soluble fibre is found in fruits and vegetables and insoluble fibre is found in cereals, whole wheat bread, wheat grain etc. Keep your intestines healthy and in good shape by consuming right portion of both soluble and insoluble fibre. Do not consume too much of fibre as it may lead to gas. Also avoid too much of fibre all of a sudden, be sure to take fibre in your diet in different intervals rather than having at once. Dietary fiber comprises of carbohydrates where their polysaccharides were arranged in different fashions. The four basic fibers are cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and pectin. Gum, mucilage and pectin are categorised as soluble fibre while hemicellulose, lignin and cellulose are categorised as insoluble fiber.These insoluble fibres prevent the re-absorption of estrogen, cholesterol, and toxins. It is essential to understand that not all insoluble fibres are good. Certain food products like lentils, potatoes, cabbage, corn, bananas and broccoli are good insoluble fibres.
